You will be receiving by Greyhound Courier this week for your EcoCentre Operators (Langruth and Dunrea by Purolator) a box containing the following:

 

1.      Punch sheets with key chains in numerical sequence.

Rings to be affixed to the hole in the key chain (suggested at time of presentation to the customer). Please distribute the key chains in sequential order and record as such on the log book. A control sheet is being maintained in the MARRC office recording the numbers allocated to each collection site.

 

 

 

 

2.      Two sample copies of the Mailer that will be distributed to 150,000 rural households in June. Suggest you post one in the office and one at the EcoCentre.

 

3.      A sample copy of the log book sheet that should be used during the promotion at the site. (Please make additional copies of the attached as needed).

 

4.      Bookmarks for distribution

 

5.      Beanie Babies for distribution

 

6.  An information bulletin on EcoSummer 2006

 

 

 

 

Please be reminded that only one key chain can be distributed per person.  (Those signing for more than one key chain will have ALL their key chain numbers voided).
